I replace the smoke on my wiring harness once every three thousand miles, and am careful to use genuige Lucas OEM smoke.

I still change my brake fluid once a year with some
Speedbleeders and alternating between ATE Type 200 and ATE Super Blue fluid so I can tell when it's changed. Nothing sucks more than a car with a spongey brake pedal.
