"Partridge Family" star David Cassidy charged with (felony) DWI

The charge is a felony because the Cassidy has a 2011 conviction for driving under the influence in Florida. He lives in Fort Lauderdale but is staying in upstate New York for a horse racing meet in Saratoga.
The 63-year-old "Partridge Family" star is free on $2,500 bail. He's due in Schodack Town Court on Sept. 4.

Pretty lame, because most folks would actually drive better at .05%
Guess nobody at Dept. of Trans ever read any of the reports or clinical studies that show low doses of ethanol are actually a STIMULANT... I doubt if one in 500 civilians ever read them either.
Up to about 2 drinks. Any more, you go downhill real fast, and yur S-faced!
