Bill should know at this point that Obama's agenda, like any socialist, is to destroy the church so that government becomes the god of worship.

Archbishop Sheen warned about this mentality over and over again throughout his life. Donahue should get a clue and listen to Sheen to get some insight.

Donohue — whom I generally admire — has gone off the rails in defending O’Bummer.

O’Bummer was attacking Catholic and Protestant “buildings.” Whether those Christian buildings are churches or schools, we need them. We need them more than union halls or mosques or bars. At least they believe God and Jesus. We need those active, vigorous Christian buildings in (relatively) pro-life Ireland more than the empty churches in the rest of secular, sinful Europe.

Donohue, you’re wrong to say that O’Bummer was right. O’Bummer, acolyte of Reverend Wright, is no friend of traditional Christianity either in Ireland or the United States.
