This won't do a thing to reduce drunks. At least not in my city. Coolers have never been allowed at our stadium.

Perhaps not, but where coolers have been allowed - this will certainly improve it at least around the margins.

I'm sure you're right. I had no idea any stadiums allowed coolers. But I admit to only having personal experience at my own.
