I just watched the video. Strange story; as they always seem to be in these pit bull attacks. The relationships of the people are always ambiguous and unclear. Can't be real sure, but apparently, this was at the house of the dog's owner, who was NOT the child's mother. But the mother apparently took the child out of a high chair in the friend's/relative's/stranger's kitchen and put him on the floor to eat a cookie, knowing that a pit bull who previously had bitten the owner and had attacked other kids was present.

Am I making this clear? I didn't think so.
