On Tuesday night, a central Pennsylvania teenager gave birth in her high school bathroom to a baby who was approximately 27-29 weeks old. She initially tried to flush the babys body down the toilet and, when that didnt work, she placed the baby in the trash can and left.
Police say Cherlie LaFleur, a 19-year-old McCaskey East High School student, is responsible. She has been charged with concealing the death of a child.
From a local news report on what happened:
Officer David Shell after they reviewed school surveillance footage and conducted extensive interviews at the school where the male infant was apparently born prematurely Tuesday night, according to a Lancaster city police press release.
After giving birth in the bathroom, LaFleur allegedly tried to flush the infant down a toilet and, when that failed, she put it in a trash can, police said.
A school custodian found the infants body Tuesday night and called police, who were assisted at the scene by school district officials and the Lancaster County District Attorneys Office, the release states.
While an initial autopsy of the infant by the county coroners office concluded that the infant was likely 27 to 29 weeks about seven months into gestation, city police have not yet released whether the infant was alive when LaFleur attempted to conceal it.
The charge of concealing the death of a child can be made even if the child is born dead, the release states. A final autopsy by the coroners office is pending.
LaFleur was unable to post a $1 million bail and has been taken to the Lancaster County Prison while she awaits trial.
Ironically, this situation follows on the heels of a new undercover video showing a staffer at an abortion clinic in Bronx, New York is shown on film telling a customer to flush the body of a baby born alive following a failed abortion down the toilet. Had LaFleur had an abortion and the baby been born alive after a failed abortion, the abortion clinic had a similar recommendation to what she did with her babys body.
Too bad somebody didn’t flush this little whore-in-waiting down the toilet.
She was merely “pulling a Gosnell”.......(these people are SICK!!!!!)
She will never escape what she has done.. Ever.
As a proud new grandfather, this breaks my heart.
Gee I wonder where she got the idea to do that...
She has a bright future ahead of her self in the DNC.
She will make Senate for certain.
When life has no value, we have lost civilization.
I pray for our country.
They’ll charge her with practicing medicine without a license.
Just following Planned Parenthood’s instructions.
If the baby was alive when she left it in the trash can, she should be charged with a hell of a lot more than concealing his death.
The things I can think of to post all make me want to puke.
I think I’ll refrain.
A woman in town threw her newborn out in the trash. The trash collector found the mangled body.
She claimed that the baby was stillborn and was acquitted.
In Massachusetts, of course.
This is entirely in agreement with the new world order. If you can’t abort your baby cuz you don’t have time or money it’s Ok to use the trash barrel or the toilet.
Remember those a$$hole laws about dropping a baby off at the firehouse with no questions asked? They don’t work, do they?
Good tagline
It’s the value some put on babies. I blame democrats for reducing babies to “things we can flush down the toilet”.
Abortion boosters in 1973 swore horrors like this would never happen if only they could have “legal” abortion, but they were wrong, and the American people are wrong for sanctioning abortion all these years.
Didn’t Barry M. Goldwater, Richard Nixon, John Tower, Prescott Bush, at first GHWB, all sanction abortion too? And Reagan signed an abortion booster’s bill in CA in 1967.
