There is a slight difference. I don’t have a constitutional right to a Hershey Bar.

I have looked through the Constitution for references to Hershey bars, and indeed, candy of any sort. There is no such reference, in the Bill of Rights or elsewhere. However, there is a specific reference in the Second Amendment, part of the Bill of Rights, to the "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms," and a statement that it "shall not be infringed."

There are only a few ways for ordinary civilians to obtain firearms, a prerequisite to keeping and bearing them: steal them, receive them as gifts, and buy them.

To equate firearms with Hershey bars is, at best, risible.
