No such thing as reincarnation in Scripture.
Bottom line is that prior to the first death, we have opportunity to exercise faith in Christ. If we reject him, we remain condemned and after the first death await the Great White Throne Judgment, from which if we are not found in the Book of Life, nor Book of Works by Divine standards, we are sent to the second death or eternal separation from God. There aren’t second chances.
There are documented cases of resuscitation and our Lord Christ Jesus is the first fruits for the case of Resurrection, which differs from reincarnation as it involves a new body.
The same phenomenon are easily understood as spiritual influence, possibly demonic influence or even possession.
Fallen angels can even masquerade as angels of Light. They’ve been around for millennium. They can anticipate trends in our thinking and can induce thoughts and can access our memory/thinking.
The example of the young kid knowing or recalling the names of others from a previous time may have been provided to him spiritually. The real question becomes what intention does that spirit have in becoming so familiar.
Gotcha, but that's your chosen belief (which I am not invalidating). Much of the world has thought and believed differently about these matters for thousands of years.
