Our weekly county newspaper is full of no trespassing or dumping ads. The property is also posted. That way people can be prosecuted if caught.
It was a new concept for me. Never had to worry about that kinda dumping where I grew up.
I called the board of health once because of trash blowing into our yard from the property across the street. I had tried to call the place, but no one answered, and there was no answering machine. The board of health was very helpful. I was impressed at their quick response.
