Media manipulation from start to end. If the drunk had been a grocery stock clerk, the event would not even make it into the “News of the Day”. The icing on the cake was for the MSM the racially charged insult heard, we are to believe, over the engine noise 12 rows ahead, the insult which everyone (here as well) would shrug at if the drunk had been the infamous rapper named Iced Mofo or somebody of his skin shade. But by having both a “COMPANY PRESIDENT” and a racial insult from a condemned to extinction White Man, the media hit a jackpot, an article attractive to their entire guilt ridden audience Right and Left politically, and gathering from it identical responses, i.e. righteous indignation, and insults directed at the despised 1% Capitalist, sans the few attempts at humour seen here, righteously condemned by the resident Church Ladies, a winner article provoking similar unintelligent outbursts on both FR and DU. Kumbaya, comrades!

100% agree! IF this were a 100% veritably true then some outrage is in order. But boy doesn't it just fit the leftist template perfectly? So essentially what we have is a newspaper putting out a story to fit a template using selective parts of a police report (what does the rest say?) . One "witness" TWELVE rows up heard derogatory language. Go look at the pic of the airplane interior and count twelve rows. There's now way that this guy heard anything and if it was loud enough for this guy to hear then EVERY person on the plan would have heard something.

More likely THIS is what happened: The mother was going to funeral. She was traveling with a toddler. She had just been through the TSA baloney. She was stressed. She was tired. She was upset. The toddler starts crying. The evil white guy was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He probably said something like "Can you get that baby to shut the hell up"! in a nasty tone. Whoops. NOW the lady is pissed. Now shes' thinking racism. Now she's thinking lawsuits.

I'll bet $10,000 dollars that this guy will be found guilty of nothing in real trial as opposed to a media trial.

Hollywood and the media serve us trash cynically concocted to pull at the emotional strings, and just look how well it works! This story is a perfect fairy tale with an innocent Princess, her crying Princeling vs the Big Bad Wolf, while a simple forest worker observes the drama from 12 rows ahead, OK, OK, 12 giant sequoia trees ahead, no shades of meaning, love the Princess, hate the Big Bad Wolf.

For some reason, I’m reminded of Jerry Seinfeld (the character) who laughed during “The Schindler’s List”, another piece of historical manipulation designed to draw tears and hatred both at the same time, and all for entertainment purposes. After all, what we call “movies”, the industry calls “entertainment vehicle products”. That’s what this story is as well. Cheap fun time for the masses. Adjusted for political correctness.
