Is something wrong with the FR page lay out?

FR page lay out looks strange on my computer. Wondering if anybody else is having this problem? Looks like something is screwy with the HTML.

Everything else looks normal.

I just got on and YES - mine is really weird. I switched to Text from Brevity and it doesn’t help...
