You are aware that you can't get a patent on an LENR based process ~ right?

WHy? You can't patent nuclear weapons, but a new type of reactor should be patentable -- ONCE somebody presents a working model.

nuclear anything is a totally regulated industry ~ Department of Energy and Department of Defense definitely draw the lines on who does what with which and who gets credit or who can patent anything that says 'atom' in it. it's not just weapons, it's reactors ~ and i suppose particle beams, et al.

Trick is you are not going to waltz in and get a patent on this ~ at this time.
