Hell ... it was time to stock up on EVERYthing over a year ago.
The writing on the wall was in two foot high lettering.
NOTHing will ever be the same again and the cost of living has just gone through the roof.

Oregon Pinot Noirs are a very acceptable substitute. Some vineyards prune the vines in exactly the same way as Burgundy—and the results are spectacular, at a fraction of the cost.
