About half an hour in, when he starts talking about what a real president would have done about Benghazi, I couldn’t help leaking a few tears.

I hear you. I love his idea of producing a television series where he poses as the president and takes the exact same questions that Jay Carney takes from the press, but answers them in the way a real president would (and should).

My heart nearly stopped when he lit into the kinds of responses he would have given to the press if he were Mitt Romney. I could only think, if Mitt had actually said those very things, he would have won the election with ease. He didn't, because he's afraid to show his real self, and afraid to articulate conservatism's real message.

Brilliant talk. I can't recommend it enough. I hope this video goes viral.

Culture wars... we lose against pop culture. It is founded on ignorance and devoid of principles now. This is an MTV world... vacant of principles.

Is this country worth saving? With these citizens? All of them? Honestly? I don’t think so and it pains me terribly to say that. Conservative ideals are incompatible with liberals.

Saving the country for the past may be noble and respectful but you’ll get few allies in that. Does Bill actually think that an appeal to this proletariat in memory of those who gave so much for all we have had will enroll them? No way in hell do they give a damn for that. Kids who will vote in the next election have no personal memories of 9/11 let alone have any affinity for WWII or any other ancient history they have not been taught.

This all sounds nice but this country can’t be saved as it was. It must be destroyed to have what we have had. It is too far gone. Yes, it is balanced 50/50 but the ones replacing most of the 50% we can work with can’t be worked with.

Without destruction Bill is right. We become Sweden or the UK or some other nation. We do not continue as the United States or the principles that most of us hold. Surrender is giving in to the devil and probably the equivalent of taking the mark for many of us.

The frontier spirit is not for the takers. The takers are the people who stayed behind in the East. No adventure. No vision. Just the same view all the time.

He is so right, VIRTUOUS PEOPLE DON’T STEAL FROM THE TREASURY AND OTHER PEOPLE. We do have a crisis of virtue and it will not be recovered before the nation dies. There just isn’t enough time to educate the last two generations. We are like a twin engine airplane on takeoff with one engine losing power. The crash is inevitable. The good engine just propels the airplane to a more distant crash site.

“If we don’t change this head wind we will never win another election again” How will we ever be able to change the head wind in time. Bill is just a single spark trying to light a huge pile of very wet timber.

Bill is an inspiration but I just feel like he is a single beam of light in an otherwise very dark night.

I gotta go to bed and try to listen to the rest of Bill later.

I stayed for the Benghazi note and wished I could vote for Bill for President. We can live with defeat when we try but not when we whimper.

I wonder if kids understand that at all? I know the takers don’t.

The Electoral College? Presidents are elected by the states? Only when each STATE is represented equally... just like the Spinate. The most populous states got their wish... control over all the rest. Nothing like we agreed to.

Amen, Bravo, Hallelujah and Yahoo to his statements about there having to be consequences to having voted for this mess. The people who vote for socialism have to pay a price for socialism. They made a choice.

We must protect our own people.... RIGHT! Remember this. We have to figure out a way to identify the true conservatives.
