*******before he could pee, a Piedmont police officer stopped him******
let me repeat that: BEFORE HE COULD PEE!!!!!
which means he was guilty of ‘thinking’ about peeing.
THOUGHT POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordinarily I am not that sympathetic to legal claims of psychological trauma. For adults. But this does make me wonder if this little guy will have a shock of fear every time he gets ready to release a full bladder for years to come. She should pay the $2,500 fine and sue for $500,000 after taking her son to a psychologist for about six months. See how the town fathers like that.

If so, the charge should be amended to “Exposure”
Of course, the cop (I usually call them Police - at least the ones I respect) would have had to be pretty close to a 3 yo to observe his ‘tallywacker’ dangling like a chad.
So, in essence he would have been better of ‘peeing’ rather than exposing....
Must be a VERY slow news day.....<: <:
