This a ploy to drag it out and harass Obama? If not, I never want to see his mug again. He said he had something. Now this bs. Seems too smart to completely destroy what's left of his credibility. I think he already has the records. C student Obama and far left course topics.

I was wondering the same thing. SURELY he has SOMEthing? I mean, really. Would he destroy his credibility THIS much? But, then again, I’m not a multimillionaire.
He went to both Occidental and Columbia as a Foreign Student. He traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian Passport. That is why his OWN BOOK JACKET said he was born in Kenya. 0bama is the original Birther!
No one, except Donald Trump, knows what he is up to.
He may be simply playing a feint of some kind. He likes all publicity, good and bad, so maybe he has accepted the role of agitator to help Romney somehow.
Maybe his claims are somehow connected to Allred’s activities
Or, maybe Donald just wants to hog the election limelight with brash claims

I think there is something out there. I think trump probably didn’t find it but may have been the person to release it had Gloria allred started her crap. allred looked like an idiot so they put it back under wraps. Probably don’t need it to beat obama anyways but will use it if needed to overshadow any other october surprise if they need to.

If he releases the records they’ll be talking about it on Nov. 1.
I think it could make two points.
This silly stunt can make Gloria Allred’s stunt look silly too. Just a couple of attention hounds with nothing important to say.
Nothing will happen from the offer but just a reminder that oh ya we having got these things from Obama. Makes Obama look hypocritical to demand Romney release info like tax returns.
Neither is he, he’s worth north of $7 billion. I doubt that he got there by being stupid.

Trump might have something, but to anounce it on the same day as Gloria Allred’s stunt I think he is trying to checkmate her. We shall see.
Trump is in a holding pattern...his “offer” to Zero was a back-up plan, in the event that Gloria Allred and her “client” got that Massachusetts judge to unseal those divorce records and tried to use them against Romney. When that happens, Trump will conduct his own document dump, likely to include Zero’s college records (with claims that he was foreign born, for scholarship purposes), his passport records and the divorce papers that Moochelle served on him back in 2000.
The Dims are used to Republicans that don’t fight back. Just as we’ve learned about contact between Allred and Obama, there was likely back channel coordination between Trump and the Romney camp. Allred will play the divorce records card (tactic #1 in the Obama playbook) and Trump will go nuclear. It’s that simple. In fact, there has probably been some conversations between the two campaigns, with Romney’s managers warning Obama of the consequences if Allred goes through with her stunt.
I have no sources but I thought he’d have something. It’s very sad. He looks like a fool.
Let me clarify...what I meant to say was the offer Trump unveiled today was a back-up plan in the event the judge didn’t immediately unseal the divorce records. When she put off a decision until Thursday, Trump went into a hold pattern, waiting for Allred to get legal cover for her little stunt. When that happens, Trump will do his own document dump, and it may be quite a show.
If Barry puts out doctored forms like the birth certificate there won’t be time to refute. He will not reveal the real truth as it will incriminate him. He got into Occidental and Columbia as a foreign student and with equal opportunity status. He got into Yale the same way and with other special help....including financial.
There should be a law that all running for political office... and especially president.... should have all school and important records reviewed by a committee, if not the general public. I hope there is future legislation to prevent anyone else who is so dishonest and secretive about his background from reaching the highest office. It is a matter of national security.

I agree. I think Romney wants to win without an October surprise, but I think he is prepared for it is Allred springs one herself. The fact that Trump has not dumped anything is a good sign so far. If Allred can't get the documents, then it is unlikely Trump will dump either, and this will all fade away.
