Thanx for the info. Note that it is actually 80% Sunflower Oil and 20% Extra-Virgin olive oil. I will use this for cooking although I also have 100% Extra-Virgin olive oil as well that I will use for salads or in recipes that require it. I also note this from the article:

Oils in plastic bottles from the supermarket, like canola, soya and corn oil, are highly processed, degraded, and possibly sourced from genetically engineered crops. Avoid them!

I also note from the link at the article that coconut oil is recommended for cooking. What happened to the big coconut oil scare of a few years ago? Rush talks about this sometimes because coconut oil is the best for making popcorn but then a lot of movie theaters removed it.
