A Lorain, Ohio, Sunoco is having trouble with a Reese Cup bandit.
A repeat thief has stolen $400- to $600-worth of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups from the Sunoco in the past several months, according to Lorain Police.
He returned to the Oberlin Avenue store at 1 a.m. Tuesday and stole an unknown amount of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups and a bag of chips.
The clerk working at the Sunoco Tuesday blocked the door but the thief pushed his way past him, police said. The clerk was not injured. Employees of the Sunoco have nicknamed the thief the Reese Cup bandit. He comes in and out before they can call the police, Sgt. Mark Carpentiere of the Lorain Police told ABCNews.com.
A Sunoco store employee declined to comment to ABCNews.com.

(But it wasn't me, Officer!)
Yeah, at least he has good taste.
Just damn....
I love RPBCs too, but damn!
If this was a sophisticated place like NYC, they would pass a law against stealing sugary/fatty foods.
I have an alibi.
In one month scour all dentists records for one case of severe tooth decay. That’s yer feller.
Two words: Stun Gun.
That’s hilarious;) Was checking out my RPB cups and the gal at the register admitted she was also addicted. She puts hers in the freezer - I prefer the fridge.
We were convinced that Hershey is adding something to the batches.
I have moved on to Butterfingers - my doctor is not happy.
This is a guy with a serious case of the munchies.
I'm sure they are. They are addictive!
I prefer the fridge also.
Hope the butterfingers work out for you!

I suspect he’s in cahoots with yesterday’s Aussie mayonnaise robbers. Sumpin’s up!
In by 53 seconds. :)
Imagine that.
That’s B.S.!
They’re using the street value of the Reece’s Cups. Wholesale that would only be about $150.
A crime of passion, no doubt.
Caught him!
It’s highly suspicious, I dare to say. Seriously for once.
People have been discovering new ways to get high, like the known case of cough syrup used to manufacture meth. Or the equally well known psychedelic concoction of apple cider vinegar, grey poupon and sour creme.
This could be another of those newly discovered secrets.
