Carbonite Comeback (VANITY)

Carbonite was made known to the public through advertising on Rush Limbaugh's show yet was the first and most mean-spirited of the Sandra Fluke tools to reject him when he told the truth, as usual, but used words best left to low life sewer worms like Bill Maher, David Letterman and Sargent Shultz. Unlike the rat feces listed above, El Rushbo apologized.

Carbonite has been infused with Leftist cash to keep the actually obsolete and virtually defunct computer service alive--just to deny Rush and his fans the satisfaction. Even Mark Levin's website allows Carbonite advertising and their MSM ads are more prolific than ever before. Carbonite, as well as other cowards who were scared into not advertising on Rush are the new Obama bail-outs--and for pretty much the same reason... ...hate, pure unhinged hate for the traditional America of the Founding Fathers--those same powdered wigged white devil slave masters who gave a typical benighted communist nobody like Obama a document that, if perverted and ignored enough, could enable him to establish the first long term tyranny in the US since King George III.

I’ve come to the conclusion that boycotting of commercial goods is economic terrorism. A tool of the left and we shouldn’t stoop to their level.

Say what?
Feel free to support them. But I would rather use that money to light my husband’s cigar than send it to that ingrate who folded like a cheap, liberal, polyester suit when confronted by a bunch of crybabies because some female who spreads her legs wants ME to pay for her to do it.

In a way, I like the fact that a liberal tool like Carbonite has to spend big bucks from Leftist patrons to stay relevant even if they are buying time on conservative media outlets.
Makes the rich Reds like Soros spend money that could be used more effectively elsewhere.
So I agree with your point in spirit in that the free market is an unbiased threshing floor where the valued and worthless are sorted out naturally.
But if I am presented with the opportunity to purchase one of two products, say automobiles, of equal or near equal value—one an Obama Motors Chevrolet or Chrysler and the other a Ford...
...am I allowed to use patriotic pride as a determining factor? Or would that be considered a boycott?

I do NOT want Carbonite back on Rush & I’m dismayed to learn they were ever on Levin.
We SHOULD use the tools of The Left...! People who say we should not ARE LEFTISTS, and they say that because THEY know how spineless biz biggies are —in short, how effective boycotts are.
CARBONITE OFF LEVIN, AND NEVER BACK TO RUSH...!

That's the kind of patriot passion we need.
I'm betting Mark Levin does not even know his website advertises Carbonite...
...he is so brilliant near all his time must be spent just thinking—and what little that is left on his dogs.

It's always been an effective non-violent means of expression that's a valuable tool the in absence of a truly unbiased media and a communist white house and occupied office.
Would you truly seek to deprive us of any effective means to fight this?

"Carbonite has been infused with Leftist cash..."
Good, I say "infuse away"...they're not going to do it forever, they're just trying to make some warped point.
Carbonite will wind up being the new "Solyndra" because the left is infected with the strange disease known as "un-intended consequences".
The reason we have an elephant as a mascot is, elephants don't forget. Sometime next year when the libs are off on some other social misfit tangent, they'll need that money to carry on and Carbonite will be left to the wolves.
He left doesn't "help" people, the left "uses" people for its own ends. Carbonite means nothing to them, but taking a jab at Rush does.
The pearl amongst the swine is, Rush doesn't care what Carbonite does, or, where they advertise. If the left - and Carbonite - thinks that is the case then they're pissing in the Mississippi River, and expecting the water level to rise.
Rush didn't quit Carbonite, Carbonite quit Rush, so let them stew in it. He's probably not going to take them back when the lib money runs out.
Maybe Carbonite can just stop doing computer backups and start a solar energy business...yeah...that's the ticket...that's how you get big money from that idiot in DC...go GREEN...and we'll do our part in reducing our "CARBONITE FOOTPRINT".

Wait till the election is over to see who supports this company. I would not be surprise if they will be the ultimate losers. There are a lot of other companies to take their place, to lose loyal customers does not seem a smart coarse

Carbonite deserves to fail with stupid management. You never pee off approx 1/2 of your customer base by taking sides in the political fray. Now virtually none of us FReepers and many more conservatives will do business with them because of their own actions to appease the leftist media. Let their leftist admirers buy Carbonite instead.

I WANT them to advertize on Rush. I want them to advertize on EVERY conservative outlet they can find. We realize they are leftists and we won’t buy their products. It’s a win win; the conservative talkers get Carbonite’s money and we don’t buy their product so they still go out of business. I don’t care if Rush takes them back, accepts their apologies and invites them to his home for tea, I’ll NEVER buy their products. I think Rush knows this too.

[the left is infected with the strange disease known as “un-intended consequences”.]
True enough. I’ve often wondered though if there are any truly “unintended consequences” or if it’s a phrase created by the left to cover up their evil plans. Yes, I know I am assuming liberals can think.

Holding an advertiser responsible for something a radio host says is RIDICULOUS. That is what the LEFT does. Now, WHERE THE MISTAKE IS MADE is the advertisers themselves announcing pull out of their sponsorship over what a radio host says... THIS is ALSO economic terrorism because commercial products should not be politicized.
WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A COUNTRY WHERE 'FREEDOM OF SPEECH' IS REVERED, NOT PUNISHED! I have a tendency to want to boycott, but it's a slippery slope and frankly, not possible in today's "Made In China" America.
