"Oh, the best Carne Asada ever just turned into the best taco you ever ate. Gay Ron Teed." Finally got around to putting this to the test today. As advertised, in both my opinion and that of my dinner guests.
I couldn't get ahold of the Cotija or Romano, but the sharp cheddar was as a substitute. Also, I marinated in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag instead of the casserole dish, since it was easier to turn over multiple times that way.
Again, an absolutely fantastic meal. Thanks!!
