Most of these are in my front yard
It's sort of wild, just cleared enough to walk around a bit. I'm not the type to push a lawnmower around.
I'm far enough into the woods that no one has to see it but me anyway.

Oh, those are lovely photos. I especially love Cardinals. One day there were thirteen in my back yard.

What is the bird on either side of the cardinal? Best I can tell is that it is a warbler, but I only have a birds of Texas book.
Great frogs!

Do bears, wolves, bobcats ect going across your yard count as it being wild.

These are *wonderful*!
If I ever learn how to post photos, I’ll post one of a juvenile cornsnake I found a couple of months ago. (Not anywhere near approaching the quality of yours—you’ll be able to tell that, “It’s the thought that counts,” is the prevailing theme of my photo collection lol!)
P.S. No snakes were hurt in those photos.

A lot of the time you can get close simply by moving the right way. The critters often get used to you and don't see you as a threat.
We've all seen those documentaries where a pride of lions walks by a herd of antelope without causing a panic, the antelope know the lions aren't hunting, it's body language.

That is a Spotted Water Spider and a Florida Bronze Frog. These spiders don't seem to be frog food, maybe for good reasons.
Bronze frogs are cool little guys. I was noticing some color change and all I could figure was that they get suntans.

You need a free Photobucket account. It’s easy to send your image files to it, then they give you a choice of codes. Various forums are set up to use different formats but Photobucket shows all of them.
