How could it possibly be to his advantage, in a public relations sense, not to qualify for the ballot in any state, even **one** state?
Perhaps I read something wrong on this story, but none of this is to Obama’s advantange, but if he’s excluded from any states, they’ll play it up as Republicans and/or the GOP base trying to disenfranchise his voters.
