It’s all part of the media event. You really shouldn’t be concerned with who gets endorsed or not, unless you’re going to vote the way they say to vote.

I agree with the poster that endorsements from inluential, out front conservatives would be useful to the debate. Right now I have Santorum saying why he is the right guy and why Perry and Gingrich are wrong, Gingrich telling us why he is better then Perry and Santorum and Perry explaining why he is a better conservative then Newt and Santorum and each is guided by his own agenda and each, is opposing Mitt and Obama. I would like to hear informed conservatives discuss the candidates objectively with historic data presented in context. Right now we have the candidate blowing their own horn and the MSM tearing them down without any objective consideration.

After 2006 saw the GOP lose big in the off year elections, Rush told his audience that he was glad, now he wouldn’t have to carry water for the GOP any longer as he had long disagreed with it’s policies. If he (and others) lay back and let Mitt get the nod without speaking out, then they are no better then the MSM who is trying to engineer that result.
