Today marks the 11th Anniversary of my first sign on to FR.
I had lurked for about a month around the election of 2000 before finally registering for an account--and I haven't left since.
This is my first stop in the morning, and last at night. It's where I can get up-to-the-minute news, and commentary from people who I trust, even though we don't always agree.
Thank you to all who make this possible!

Hehe ... I have a Timex Sinclair on display on a shelf in my office, WITH the 32 K expansion module plugged in!
My first real experiments with BASIC programming were done on that machine with the cassette tape recorder as my ‘disk drive’.
Wow. Hadn’t thought about that in YEARS!
