How do you actually “strike” when you are a “hobo”? Threaten to p*ss on the sidewalk instead of into the gutters for a day?
The hobos in Oakland and SF defecate already on the sidewalks.
They need to up their game by, say, defecating on cars or pissing on pedestrians.
