So my username is johnstallion and every now and then i debate politics on this hip hop site for fun. Today i showed them a quote from Lyndon Johnson that I read earlier on free republic and see how they would react to it...
very interesting ...i thought i held my own well if you have anything i should add or any knowledge i do not know plese tell me to further strengthen my argument...its futile but fun to debate liberals

I had a liberal friend on Facebook. Our kids went to school together. I always argued politics with her. She finally “defriended” me. LOL I guess that means I won.

The liberals advance this idea that the Republican party became the party for racists.
The truth is, the Democrat party abandoned conservative voters...and they became Republican... it wasn’t about racism... it was an abandonment of family values and and a creeping progressivism that made southern voters go Republican.
But no use trying to tell this lot that. Their “talking point” instructors have told them that all the racist voters started voting Republican ONLY because of race ... and not because the Democrats abandoned fiscal sanity and family values.
Fiscal sanity and family values are issues that don’t belong to any race or creed.

I had a lot of people drop me of FB as well. I actually made a liberal friend because the fights were so intense. He got so ticked at me told me I was stupid..blah..blah..blah...then he ended up friend requesting me and apologizing. lol

aww dude i think i have like 2-3 allies at the most on that site. Everyone else there is pretty much a sheep. Its ironic because hip hop actually has many things in common with conservatism...proud of building wealth and drive for it, love for guns, and being an individual and striving to be the best...most of it is mysoginistic garbage that degrades women but they are more conservative than they think.
Read some of it. Jim Crow laws were Dems. You need links to cite info and paint the Dems for what they are.

Your ruthless buddy...i’m on a hip hop forum...i’m not writing a thesis ...i have to write in a fashion where i could be understood in that medium.
and long boring paraghraphs with no breaks and a society with a short attention span means nobody reads what you write...so writing with the break points is just a way to keep eyes interested on what i’m writing about.

I have been pleasantly surprised at quite a few old friends who have turned out to be conservatives. Older and wiser, I guess.
Use quotes from Allen West about the Dems creating plantations ( ie detroit , LA, etc)..at one point he said,” I feel like the Harriet Tubman of the 20th Century!”
( of course, you will have to tell them who Harriet Tubman was, ha)
