Barack Obama missed golf putts after earthquake struck

The earthquake that originated here in Virginia was felt across the east coast of the United States, including the Massachusetts island of Martha’s Vineyard, where Barack Obama is holidaying. The President was out playing golf at Farm Neck Golf Club in Oak Bluffs when the tremors were detected...
Politico’s Carrie Budoff Brown, the White House pool print journalist, reported that shortly after the quake:
"He (Obama) stepped up to his ball, which was several feet from the hole, and made two practice strokes. He missed the hole on his first putt, but got it close. He then tried to tap it in, but missed again."

Despite the juxtaposition of The President golfing while DC is experiencing an earthquake, I just gotta appreciate that there is an allegory in the story about him missing the putts.

Most people I know wear it on the non-dominant hand.
