The tenants across the hall from me were being evicted for misbehavior, noise and running a brothel/drug den (they had burned down another unit several buildings down a few months back) and were bragging to me. They’re moving to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a nicer complex and it’ll only cost them $143/month. We pay about $750/mo., plus utilities for our crappy, roach-infested 2/1. How can you not be mad?
Wow Vet... bet you are glad they got the boot. Not much worse than having trashy, loud, low-life neighbors in a small apt complex.
