Here's someone who has looked at the Obama COLB released today and believes its a fake.
It is a tar baby.

fake or not doesn’t matter.
it’s the stick in the sand that says 0bama’s baby daddy was ‘african’ (which is not a term used in 1961, as it could be any race). it also shows 0bama’s baby daddy to be kenyan when 0bama was born.
this would fail the requirement for natural born. the document would prove he is a ‘citizen’ (assuming its not a fake). but it only highlights the fact that 0bama was born ‘british by descent’ and American.
obviously, you cannot be natural born while having dual citizenship status.
looks like Denninger’s server is getting slammed.
The statement of “african” shows its fake and a mistake any 3rd grader should have been aware of. The only choices at that time were white, black or asian.
Sum-buddy didn’t do their homework before forging this.
Also, just read something from the Fox News site by a poster which is VERY interesting regarding this possible FAKE BC:

That's okay, the forged national guard memo showed us that you can superimpose someone's signature on another document and no one will ever be pressed to discover "who did that?".

If the State of Hawaii put an official seal on this and says it’s a genuine public record of Hawaii, that ends the discussion of the authenticity as far as any court is concerned. Under the Constitution (Article IV, section 1), every state and court must give “Full Faith and Credit...to the public Acts, Records and judicial proceedings of every State.” So if Hawaii says it’s real, the law of every other state says it’s real. (And by federal statute, federal courts are also required to give full faith and credit to the public records of every state.)
