The Fig Tree's the Clue.
The untimely figs in this verse are Olynthos, figs that grow through the winter, yet do not completely mature until spring; they are fragile and many fall off in the spring wind. This scripture suggests that when Satan is cast down to earth the figs (raptured saints) will be taken away by a mighty wind (the Holy Spirit)

This is a learning process. I now see things more clearly, and think the Rapture will probably be on April 6, 2011, the anniversary of the Crucifixion of the son of David, Jesus Christ, on April 6
But it might be in early spring, April instead of June. If it is the time of the Olynthos figs, it will be in early spring instead of late spring.
The Olynthos figs ripen in the early spring, which starts March 21.
"The fig-tree of Palestine (Ficus carica) produces two and sometimes three crops of figs in a year, (1) the bikkurah, or "early-ripe fig" (Micah 7:1; Isa. 28:4; Hos. 9:10, R.V.), which is ripe about the end of June, dropping off as soon as it is ripe (Nah. 3:12); (2) the kermus, or "summer fig," then begins to be formed, and is ripe about August; and (3) the pag (plural "green figs," Cant. 2:13; Gr. OLYNTHOS, Rev. 6:13, "the untimely fig"), or "winter fig," which ripens in sheltered spots IN SPRING."

Christ may come on Nisan 1, but the Rapture could take place at daybreak on Nisan 2, April 6, 2011, the anniversary of the Crucifixion on April 6, 30 AD.
CLUES
De 11:14 says, "I will give you the rain of your land IN HIS DUE SEASON, the first rain (Tishri 1, First Advent) and the latter rain" (Nisan 1, Second Advent).
Jer 5:24 says, "Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the LORD our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, IN HIS SEASON".
Isa 28:4-6 speaks of the "HASTY FRUIT BEFORE THE SUMMER; which when he that looketh upon it seeth, while it is yet in his hand he eateth it up. IN THAT DAY shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people, And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate."
James 5:7 says, "Be patient therefore, brethren (believers), unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive THE EARLY (Tishri 1) and LATTER RAIN" (Nisan 1).
THE MAJOR CLUE
Hosea 6:3 says that the Lord will come as the morning (i.e., daybreak) and as the former (yoreh, first rain, i.e., Tishri 1) and latter rain (Nisan 1). It says, "Then shall we KNOW, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared AS THE MORNING (shachar, daybreak); and he (the dayspring from on high, Luke 1:78) shall come unto us AS THE RAIN, AS THE LATTER (malqosh, last rain) AND FORMER (yoreh, first) RAIN unto the earth."
The winter rains start on Tishri 1 and end on Nisan 1. A few days ago, I thought the Rapture would be on Nisan 1, April 5, 2011. However, today, I see that Song of Solomon 2:11's "RAIN IS OVER AND GONE" suggests Nisan 2, which falls on Wednesday, April 6 this year, the anniversary of the Crucifixion on April 6, 30 AD. That sounds like something the Lord would plan to do.
I forgot that the Marriage of the Lamb has to be on the first day of Christ's millennial rule. I think that is the day of the Last-Trump Rapture, the great and terrible Day of the Lord and the Day of God's Wrath, Tishri 1, 5776, Monday, Sept 14, 2015.
Of the first day of Christ's millennial reign, Rev 19:6,7 says, "And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent REIGNETH. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for THE MARRIAGE OF THE LAMB IS COME, and his wife hath made herself ready."
MAJOR EVENTS COMING AS THE FIRST RAIN, TISHRI 1
1. First Advent: Tishri 1, 3756, Sept 4, 5 BC The sign of Rev 12:1 was in the sky that night. Virgo was clothed with the Sun and the Moon was at her feet. 2. Second Rapture: Tishri 1, 5776, Sept 14, 2015
MAJOR EVENTS COMING AS THE LAST RAIN, NISAN 1
1. Second Advent: Nisan 1, 5776, April 9, 2016, first day of the Sacred, Regnal and Jubilee years. 2. First Rapture: To me, it looks like the Lord will come on Tue., Nisan 1, 5771, April 5, 2011, and take the Bride of Christ home at day break on Wed., Nisan 2, April 6, the anniversary of the Crucifixion.
You gave me the last clue I needed to be able to see where the Rapture fit best. Until now, I didn't know about the Olynthos figs, the early figs of spring.
THE SECRET OF THE STAIRS (LIKE JACOB'S LADDER, THESE REACH FROM EARTH TO HEAVEN)
Song of Solomon (Canticles) 2:10-17 says, "My beloved (Christ) spake, and said unto me, RISE UP, my love, my fair one, and COME AWAY. For, lo, the winter is past (spring started March 21), the rain (of Nisan 1) is OVER AND GONE (i.e., it's Nisan 2, April 6, 2011, anniversary of the Crucifixion); The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come (it's spring), and the voice of the turtle (lit., turtledove, which arrives in Israel in APRIL and leaves in October) is heard in our land; The fig tree putteth forth her GREEN FIGS (Olynthos figs IN APRIL), and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell (i.e., the grapes are blossoming and setting fruit). ARISE, MY LOVE, MY FAIR ONE, AND COME AWAY (IN THE FIRST-TRUMP RAPTURE). O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock (i.e., in Christ, our rock; 1Cor 10:4), in THE SECRET places (omit the italicized 'places,' it isn't in the Hebrew) OF THE STAIRS, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely. Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes. My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies. UNTIL THE DAY BREAK, and the shadows flee away, turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains (plural) of Bether" (separation, i.e., there are two Raptures).
Song 6:2 says, "My beloved (i.e., Jesus) is gone down into his garden, to the beds of spices, to feed in the gardens, and TO GATHER LILIES."
FIRST-TRUMP RAPTURE AT DAYBREAK
When the rain of Nisan 1 is "over and gone", it looks like the Lord will pick us up at day break on Nisan 2, the anniversary of the Crucifixion, April 6, 2011.
Micah 7:1,2 says, "Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage (i.e., after Tishri 1, time of the 2nd Rapture, has passed): there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit (i.e., in the spring). The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men". They were all caught up on Nisan 1 in the 1st Rapture or on Tishri 1 in the 2nd Rapture.
Hag 2:18,19 says, "Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month (Kislev 24), even from the day that the foundation of the LORD'S temple (Jesus) was laid (was conceived), consider it (lit. take it to heart). Is the seed yet in the barn? (a saying meaning is she pregnant) yea (YES, Jesus was conceived on Kislev 24), as yet the vine (Christ), and the fig tree (Israel), and the pomegranate, and the olive tree (with Gentiles grafted in), hath not brought forth: from this day (Kislev 24) will I bless you."
In John 4:35, Jesus said, "Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest."
The four months seem to be Teveth, Shevat, Adar 1 and Adar 2, because this is a leap year. The next day is Nisan 1. The trumpet was to be blown on all feast days and on the first day of each month. So the trumpet will sound on Nisan 1. Then it looks like we will be caught up to Heaven at the following daybreak.
I would appreciate knowing your thoughts on this FReepers. Agape
MARK 13:32, But of that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, only the Father.
I have NO idea what to think. Just trying to keep my sinning butt out of enough trouble and be regretful for those I sins I have committed.....and still continue to commit.
If you ask for forgiveness, but you do not forgive yourself, does He still forgive you?
Matthew 24:36 (King James Version)
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
Now it gets interesting.....
Some believe the Son IS the Father (Jesus is God...there is only 1 Bible verse to back it up). If that were true, then the Son would know, since He is God Himself.
And why does the Son sit at the right hand of the Father....if they are one?
Can you call me when you know for sure about the rapture and the end of the world? ...I dont want to miss it
Which is why you don’t use newer (easy English) translations. They screwed it up and/or left out the verses they didn’t like.
April 6th 2011? I’ll probably be outside mowing the lawn and doing gardening. If not I’ll be on the water fishing. I’m a little skeptical about the April 6th date, is there a death certificate to be found anywhere?
What do you use?
KJV, period.
Separate but equal? No integration in Heaven yet.
He was just asking for thoughts, not snarky comments. There is nothing wrong with discussing the end of times, which I believe a lot of us think we’re living in.
The more we talk about it, the more information gets passed and hey, you may be able to help save a soul, you never know.
He wants ALL of us.
There really SHOULD be an app for that.
I have to be a little snarky due to:
“I now see things more clearly, and think the Rapture will probably be on April 6, 2011...”
KJV states "John 4:35 (King James Version)
35Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
On the bright side, no taxes this year...
I now see things more clearly, and think the Rapture will probably be on April 6, 2011...
Yeah, no kidding. Right?
Okay, but he is talking about the Rapture, not the end of times, which NO ONE but the Father knows.
He does give us many clues, so that we may be prepared for that “thief in the night”.
Snarky stuff just bugs me when talking about the end of days. Sorry, it’s just me. I don’t find anything funny or snarky regarding those times.
If you ask for forgiveness, but you do not forgive yourself, does He still forgive you?
I would answer Yes. He wants you to follow him. You can't do that very well if you are standing around banging yourself up. :-)
With all due respect, what’s to prepare?
