My health food store trip...
Posted on 03/15/2011 12:42:13 PM PDT by djf
Just got back from the health food store.
I went to get some Xylitol. Xylitol is a natural sugar that helps with sinus infections, that sort of thing.
Phone was ringing off the hook. Gal behind the counter was automatically answering "Sorry, we're sold out"...
Anybody guess what people were wanting?

We went to the Health Food Store yesterday and got a bottle of Kelp which has the iodine in it. They had plenty of it.

Bingo.
I have quarts of antiseptic Iodine solution and tincture of iodine, so I don’t sweat it. Plus I eat alot of shrimp and seafood.
But there were obviously tons of people who don’t...

The gov-nazis have banned most iodine because of meth labs.
We were trying to get the large gallons at the feed store last year for our mining but noooo, that is too dangerous for the peasants to buy. We finally found some on the internet at a medical supply company.

Kelp.
Or anything with iodide.
I think the left coasters should all consider a nice big dose of Prussian Blue. Maybe wash it down with pink lemonade. /sarc

Nope. Totally sold out. Gal was talking on the phone and said she asked the distributor and there was no set date when they would get more in.

The amount of table salt (iodized) that you would have to eat to saturate your thyroid if you are deficient is enough to kill a horse!!!
NEVER try to get Iodine from table salt!

How about not worrying. Just go spend a couple of days in an all-brick building and you will get the extra amount of radiation the west coast may possibly receive.
