Is it time for Congress to defund public broadcasting?
Maybe -- After seeing all those PBS games, toys and books, I wonder if they really need my money.
No -- They offer programming that can't be found anywhere else in America.
Yes -- From Elmo to Ken Burns, public broadcasting is a marketing machine. It doesn't need taxpayer support.

I can’t live without Elmo! Waaaah.
Toys R Us.
You’ll have to settle for the toy, and if you buy enough of them, Sesame Street may not even get canceled.
There ya go!

"All Liberal Things Considered". There, fixed it.
I saw “other, post a comment” 0.51, but saw no comments. What’s up with that?
Go to the bottom of the poll, just under the words, "This is not a scientific poll," and click on the "comments" button. It does not display the comments like most places do.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks- got it.

Anytime.

Mississippi PBS is wonderful. We get the top notch blues and blues divas you couldn’t buy. Writers workshop and Norm Abrams. Keep PBS, let it be run by the states.
There are shows like Barney and Sesame Street that have made millions on their trade names and have not put a dime back into PBS. Dump these freeloaders now.
I have yet to run into anyone who sits through those miserable peckerwoods on the McNeil/Leherer report or any of the PBS Socialist Talking Heads. Dump them.
PBS was made for art, music, and such. Get back to the roots and keep them. PBS origninally was known as “Educational TV”, no where was it ever intended to be yet another left wing kook outlet.
The folks in charge of PBS now are not the elites, they were the drug fiends you knew in college. Remove these turds from the pool.
Bump.
