Today is the 11th Annual Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day, according to the folks who make the stuff. Here are their proposed Super Bowl uses for the packing material: · Bubble Wrap Football: The Bubble Wrap football provides hours of in-door pseudo-pigskin passing pleasure while safely protecting your 50" flat screen.
· Celebration Mat: A layer of Bubble Wrap under your feet might just make you the most poplar fan at your celebration.
· Cold Beer-Soda Cozy: Question: who likes warm beer? Answer: No one. That's why a Bubble Wrap beer/soda cozy is a must have for the big game!

Good adhoc insulation on single pane glass windows.
Good insulation for the dog house.
Cardboard box lined with four or five layers of it will make a great beer cooler.
Placed under a rug at work lets me know I have company.
I loves bubble wrap !......:o)

I’ve found bubble wrap as essential as duck tape!...... Keep it on hand always. Uses...I could write a book! Great stuff.
As for football game....When you sit on it the heat from your body transfers to the bubbles and warms your seat as well!

Question: who likes warm beer? Answer: No one. Germans like warm beer, or at least they used to like it back in the 50s and 60s.

Bubble Wrap, one of the greater inventions of mankind. Who invented it?
“An illustrious Stevens alumnus, the late Alfred W. Fielding co-invented Bubble Wrap in the late 1950s. Today, Sealed Air Corporation, the Saddle Brook, N.J.-based company he co-founded in 1960, is a worldwide manufacturer of packaging materials with annual revenues exceeding $3 billion.”
