I use WunderRadio to listen live, or I watch (listen to) the Dittocam (HD Flash) if it’s later in the day. His mp3 podcasts are also available to members.

HTC EVO.

Understand. The phone does have functionality. My complaint is fit, finish, and performance. I understand fit and finished has improved since I purchased the phone when it first came out. As to performance I feel it has diminished over time. A couple of examples...

Take a picture and then go to view it in the Gallery and you can go write a blog on your laptop waiting for the picture to open....not to mention that picture quality is lousy when taking pictures indoors.

Just about every day there are numerous app updates.

Finger motions on the screen don’t perform reliably, requiring multiple attempts to get the phone to react to the motion.

Just a few..

For Droid phones, get the TuneIn app. Gets darn near every radio station in the US. Click on Conservative and you will get Beck, Rush, Miller, G-Man, Savage, Hannity, etc. Best app I have. App is FREE.

I agree with Keith in Iowa. Download the MP3 directly to your computer and then copy to the Droid. Play the saved files - at least try it once. I have an original Droid, and I love it. Don’t listen to the Apple fanboys here. :) Several helpful FReepers have pointed out that you need to have Flash installed, which means you need to be at version 2.2 of the OS.

Thats just a case of how people view the same thing in a different light. I used a friend’s iphone for a little bit and it wasn’t nearly as nice of a user experience as my droid or a friend’s Evo.

There are many kinds of android phones with varying hardware specs, but the Incredible, and Evo have both been fast and I haven’t had the problems you described with the gallery, picture quality or touch motions.

Numerous app updates are also a good thing. It shows a very active community and most developers now include a changelog in the market that describes whats new with the update.

Try Tune in Radio
http://radiotime.com/mobile/android

Works fine on my Droid 2. Of course, if you are still within the 30 day period, Id suggest the DROID 2 Global. It is faster and has GSM capabilities for overseas.
