Cleveland 5-8 at Cincinnati 2-11 1:00 PM [Line: Cincinnati by 1.5]
The Bengals have lost 10 straight games, the longest streak in the NFL. The "Battle of Ohio" is more of a skirmish this year.
RJ's Pick: Cleveland by 3
Washington 5-8 at Dallas 4-9 1:00 PM [Line: Dallas by 6]
Tashard Choice asked for Michael Vick's autograph immediately after last week's loss. In related news, Choice is asking for some self respect for Christmas.

I like the Eagles over the “Jints”. Should be a great game.
Packers over the Patriots by 30 (satire)
Bears over the Vikings by 20 - Brett is on the sidelines, because he has a pain in his neck (should be he is a pain in the neck)
For my crazy as hell pick, I'll go with the Pack. GB has to fight this one out to stay close with Chicago. Flynn is not Rodgers, but he has had time to work with the first offense to make this game (IMO) closer than 15.
RJ's Pick: Chicago by 6
Didn't help the Bears at all last week.
The Bears play at Soldier Field for 2-3 hours at one time.
They play at Soldier Field 3-4 times when the weather CAN be cold.
They are going to have away games, in cold climates, about equal to what Minn. gets.
When not playing indoors in Minnesota, the players have to battle the elements, outside of football, as much if not more than Bear players.
I could see this being an advantage against a warm climate team, in a warm climate division. But the NFC North is Chicago, Minnesota, Green Bay and Detroit. Its not like they're playing an AFC South team who plays 6 of its games against division teams who are in warm weather.
Minnesota might not be that good of a team, with OR without Favre.
But, the Bears have been hot and cold all season, especially Cutler. Who seems to have stretches of cold, broken up by periods of warm, interspersed with moments of hot.
I'd "like" the Bears to win. But I'd love to see someone give Cutler a Marshall to Hipple shot.
How in the heck did Cle lose to buffalo!!
Dallas is eating Washington alive so far. Texans are struggling against the Titans.
Browns 7~0
