decaying city - Baltimore, with lots of crime, continually jailed or deposed mayors, high taxes, high unemployment, decrepit schools for the most part graduating new generations of welfare mothers and wanton fathers with few job skills and even less desire to be something worthwhile.

corrupt politicians - the list is too long.

Anti-business licensing fees, taxes, etc. Look at West Baltimore for a shithole. Oh where is Curtis Bay’s shipbuilding industries? Bethlehem Steel?

Hey O’Malley - ever going to use the Death Penalty? How about the corrupt, immoral Democrat-controlled legislature pushing for using the DP instead of abolishing it? You’ve got enough criminal killers around to keep Old Sparky in business for years.

I’d ask why God did this to what was once a good state, but I think God moved to Virgina and doesn’t want to get involved in that failure across the Potomac.
