Like so many of these millionaire politicians, he's cheap as you-know-what. The Clintons and the Kennedys expect merchants and businesses to not charge them anything; they think that just the fact that they patronize a business is sufficient payment for whatever they "purchase."

The entire extent of their understanding of money boils down to this: what's mine is mine and what's yours is a subject for negotiation.

You got it exactly. But if Ram (the ballerina) Emanuelle paid the $100,000 and it got out it would have been very embarrassing and killed his mayor chances
