Bank of America has set up a swat team to combat Wikileaks in case it is, as suspected, the target of the next leak, says Charlie Gasparino.
The FOXBusiness news reporter just tweeted:
Bank of America sets up Legal Swat team to combat Wikileaks in case it is the target. If the rumors are true, Bank of America may really need it.
Earlier this week, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange said the leak could "take down one or two banks."

Nothing says, we have nothing to hide or fear like a bank hiding behind an army of lawyers!

Maybe it’s time for Bank of America to hire some Chinese hackers. If they break into the Pentagon, WikiLeaks would be a piece of cake.

What and when will be released? I thought their servers were shut down and that Interpol was after Assange?

If Bank of America is the target of the next round of leaks, I suspect the one big topic that may have catastrophic consequences for the bank may have been related to a recent New Jersey court ruling that got very little public scrutiny. In that case, a homeowner who was involved in a foreclosure proceeding won a key ruling against Bank of America -- based on the fact that Bank of America's own employee made some startling admissions in the court hearings about the bank's process for documenting mortgages and property titles.
The judge in that case basically determined that the bank foreclosing on the homeowner couldn't demonstrate that it even had the legal standing to file the foreclosure action in the first place.
If WikiLeaks really has something on a major U.S. bank, I'll bet it involves compelling evidence that the bank sold off mortgages that it never even legally owned in the first place.

This isn’t related to the State Department cables. This is “The Next Big Thing” from WikiLeaks. Assange says it’ll be released early 2011.

That was the "record custodian" DeMartini who stated that the notes were never delivered to the trusts ...
BOA is SO TOAST
DeMartini testified further that it was customary for Countrywide to maintain possession of the original note and related loan documents, Judge Wizmur wrote.

I don’t think it has anything to do with State Department information. The WikiLeaks guy had hinted a few days ago that the next round of leaked documents is going to involve one or more major U.S. banks.
