Question: I am reading too much into some of the things Rush has recently been saying?

A leftist? Me? I don’t think so. I don’t think you read my post very clearly. I never complained about commercials themselves and I certainly have never complained about Rush or anyone else earning money honestly. You say you are okay with the embedded commercials during the commentary, that’s fine, but I find them annoying. In 20 years, this is my first complaint abou the way Rush presents his show. Some people complain about Rush talking golf, I never have even though I don’t play golf myself. But a person doesn’t have to be a leftist to disagree with this method of presentation.

So, to understand Wong Kim Ark, one must look at Minor v. Happersett (1874) 21 Wall. 162, 166-168

“’At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country, of parents [plural] who were its citizens [plural], became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case, it is not necessary to solve these doubts. I believe that Ark was declared a citizen , but was not declared a Natural Born citizen according to both the Ark case and Minor vs. Happersett. There was not any question as to the meaning of Natural Born citizen until obama started his run for office.
