These animal abuse laws were mostly enacted to locate child and human abusers, cause the connection is so close!

I would bet, with this kind of abuse and sickness, this guy also has child, domestic or other abuse in his history.

GO FOR IT SPCA AND THE LOCAL LEGAL AUTHORITIES!

Do you know how many helpless bacteria (they are animals) are killed purely for profit by pharmaceutical companies? It’s called making antibiotics.
