He says that goes against the message in King's famous "I Have a Dream Speech," in which the civil rights leader appealed to the federal government to ensure equality. Equality comes from God.

AMEN !! Praise God that the Government is not responsible for “giving” or “granting” us anything... How dare Sharpton suggest otherwise... Dr. KING knew what he was talking about... Sharpton is the distorter of Dr. King’s “I have a dream”...... all the “giving” that our Government has done has brought us to the brink of economic collapse... enough is enough..

Neither “federal” nor “government” is anywhere in his speech.

What a dope.
MLK called for equality in treatment, in opportunity, and before the law.
You can’t make people equal in abilities. Those are God-given, and self-developed.
God gives us the gifts, we must develop them.
Men are free to choose the path they will tread. All MLK wanted was to remove race-based obstacles to those choices.

Equality comes from God.
And they try to replace god by trying to create so-called equality for everyone

"Has-been" Al Sharpton. What a joke, a
very bad joke! So what does God say?
The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed,
and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart:in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly.
I have not sent these prophets,I have not spoken to them,But if they had stood in my counsel,
and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way,and from the evil of their doings.
Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, Can any hide himself in secret placesthat I shall not see him? saith the LORD.
Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.
I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying,
I have dreamed, I have dreamed.
How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies?yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart;Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour,as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal.
The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream;and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully.
What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the LORD.Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD;
and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?
Therefore, behold,I am against the prophets, saith the LORD,that steal my words every one from his neighbour.
So is Al Sharpton with God ... or against?
