CONNELLSVILLE, Pa. (AP) -- State police said a woman wiped a dirty diaper on the window of another woman's vehicle during a dispute in a traffic jam as both were leaving the Fayette County Fair.

Jessica Hollis, 23, of Mount Pleasant, has been charged with harassment in the incident which state police in Uniontown said happened about 10:50 p.m. Saturday.

If you knew Fayette County this isn’t really unusual behavior. The PSP down there are always busy with some really strange stuff.

Ms. Hollis is the new posterchild for “low rent”.

And it reeks of love gone sour, suspicion, and Big Hair!

Exactly what I was thinking. And, unfortunately, I wouldn't put something like this past several "mothers" I know.

I agree with you 100%. I don’t know what’s in the water up there but SW PA sure breeds a lot of “interesting” people. My wife calls the region “Pennsyltucky”. They make us West Virginians look good.

“The Clarks” - I’m not a fan but they do sell well in SW PA region.

Beautiful country down there and some wonderful people (including my family :-) , but some of the others down there get it the nickname "Fayette-nam"...

I just wish they'd keep it amongst themselves. They have a habit of coming down to our county and stealing our guns and ATVs.

I have to share a similar story: a man that I know had a traffic “dispute” over a parking space. The other driver zoomed into the space even though this person had his signal on for quite some time waiting for the initial driver to leave. The “zoomer” laughed and flipped him off after parking. Well, this man just sort of went “nutty”. He found another spot, walked into work and grabbed some sugar from the coffee area, found a large container, placed the sugar into the container and then “relieved himself of his liquid”. The hot liquid melted the sugar and he dumped it on the “zoomers” window. It was winter time and the liquid/ice froze to the windshield. When the “zoomer” returned, he had to scrape the liquid off of his window. Of course, he had the heat turned on in the car and the “zoomer” must have smelled the urine. So, the diaper story is not unusual, I guess.
