Exactly. OJ who brutally murdered two people, including the mother of his children whom he had abused in the past, was given custody of the children even though the wife's parents wanted to care for them.

I do not see how the state could take these children away from the parents since there are no laws specifying that parents will lose their children if they give them certain names.
