It took awhile, but I finally understand what you alluded to.

I’m slow today. Tons of pain and agony due to a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade.

The moment I got what you meant I laughed and felt better, even if the muscles twitching made me feel more pain.

It was a good pain though.
