I guess, though I’ve only seen a couple of the wretched Elm Street movies. Dreamscape comes to mind right away, but since the article quotes a comic strip, one can find endless examples in horror and fantasy literature of the dream invasion story.
I look forward to seeing this movie. it looks cool.
