Don't be discouraged, Kitty. After my computer guy told me about it, I checked with them, and they also told ME it wasn't available at my address. I called my guy back and told them what they said, and he said that's NOT so! He got on the phone to the one that he had talked to the day before when they both checked and said there are holes all around me without a tower, but my particular address indeed does have coverage. He then had THAT guy call me, and in 2 days I was speeding along the super highway - goodbye dialup! Kitty, it's only $40/month - unlimited - always on, always ready, just like your cell phone.
He told me to feel welcome to refer the service to anyone else, and I'll give you his phone number to call in FR Mail (it's Pacific Time, so it's not local)
They could be right - possibly you DON'T have a tower close enough, but talk to him anyway?
