A six hour flight? I hope they didn’t drink coffee before the flight!

Well, finally some news about Rutan and Virgin Galactic. Is this the first flight since the offical first tethered flight? If it is I have to say their test program is moving with agonizing slowness.

You can make good money testing stuff.

In the current political environment, they can’t afford to have any more tragic incidents. They are being very careful.

So this is the second tethered flight total? They rolled it out quite a while ago. This pace of testing suggests to me that it isn’t an abundance of caution but instead a problem with the design.

A 3 Hour Tour! The weather could get rough and they could get stuck on and island somewhere.

This was the first flight with a crew in the release vehicle, but it remained tethered during the entire flight as I read it.
