Youth Bids to Appease Rain God by Travelling on Bamboo Sticks

Ramji Das Patel, a youth from Alirajpur village in Navsari district, has decided to cover a distance of 1100 kms on bamboo sticks for going to a temple of Renuja in Rajasthan for appeasing Rain God.

He embarked upon his journey from the village on Wednesday. In a statement issued before embarking upon this mission, Ramji hoped Varun devta will respond to his plea.
