However, if you and another person, not on the same boat, go shares on an apartment, it will have more occupied time at half the rent to each person. And if you’re not both always there, you can have a smaller place than if you were.
As a landlord, you don’t want a tenant who’s coming and going, unless they pay the rent whether they’re there or not!
