I believe the actual number is closer to 40 million and it would mean the end of America if amnesty is passed. This is our last stand, the marxists know this may be theirs, too and its' winner take all.
Somehow I must believe that in the worst case scenario our US military will stand with the Constitution and oust the communists in a Joe McCarthy moment. That would be great!

Several years ago according to James T. Walsh, former immigration lawyer,scholar, and prosecutor who wrote the book "The Social Contract: Illegal aliens:Counting the Uncountable" his number was 36 million illegals plus 2 million visa overstays for a total of 38 million.
Who knows what the number is today.
